Starting and running a business comes with filings, forms, and deadlines that pull you away from the work you actually do. We handle those tasks so you can focus on your customers.

Every business comes with paperwork — registrations to file, licenses to keep current, reports that come due, and forms to send out at year end. When it's handled on time, you avoid late fees, missed deadlines, and the stress that comes with them.
We take care of the administrative side of starting and running your business. You tell us what's on your plate. We help you get it done.
Getting your business started
All of the above is administrative filing assistance — not legal advice. We don't choose your entity type for you or promise a particular outcome.
Keeping your business running
Coming soon: notary service
We're in the process of adding notary service for our clients. It isn't available yet — but once it is, you'll be able to handle even more of your paperwork in one place.
What it costs
A clear fee for our work, plus any government fee at its actual cost — always shown separately, never marked up.
Government and state fees are set by the agency and passed through to you at cost. We'll confirm your total in writing before any work begins. This is administrative filing assistance, not legal advice.
Need a hand with the everyday tasks? For general admin support — phone calls, sorting email, organizing documents, and the paperwork that piles up — reach out and we'll put together a plan that fits.
Common questions
How long does it take to register my business?
Florida processing times vary through the year, so we don't promise a date the state doesn't control. What we do promise: we prepare and submit everything correctly the first time, and we tell you what to expect the day we start.
Do I need an EIN?
Most businesses end up needing one — for a business bank account, for hiring subcontractors, and to keep your Social Security number off business paperwork. The IRS itself doesn't charge for an EIN; our fee covers preparing and handling the application for you.
What government fees will I pay?
Whatever the state or county charges for your filing — set by the agency, passed through to you at actual cost, and listed in your quote before any work begins. Never marked up.
