Get your taxes prepared right.
Every tax situation is different. We prepare your return based on where you are — whether you have a simple W-2 or run your own business — and explain it so you understand exactly what's on it and why.
Get your free quoteWhat tax preparation does for you
Tax preparation is more than filling in a form. It's organizing your income, your records, and your situation into an accurate return, prepared right and ready on time.
We walk you through what goes into yours and make sure you know what to expect before your return is final. When it's ready, we hand it to you ready to file — and walk you through submitting it. You bring your situation — we handle the rest.

Add for your situation
Your price builds from the base with what applies to you:
The starting price above is for the simple structures — sole proprietor or single-member LLC, which use the same return. If your business is an S Corp, partnership, or corporation, that's a different return type: the price changes with your company type, and we quote it after a look. The Family + business bundle follows the same rule — it covers W-2 and 1099 income; a separate company return is its own quote. Example: you have a W-2, your spouse runs a business, and you have three kids — that's the Self-employed return at $475, with your family included. The price follows how many businesses you run and how organized your records are — not how many income forms you receive; if your income is already totaled, extra forms don't change it. We confirm your price in writing before any work begins. General information, not personalized tax advice.
Where these prices stop
Some situations need their own quote — or a different professional. Corporate and partnership returns, amended returns another preparer filed, foreign income and accounts, trusts and estates, and IRS audits or collections all fall outside the prices above. Asega is a bookkeeping and tax-preparation practice — we are not a CPA firm or Enrolled Agents, and when your situation calls for one, we'll tell you honestly.
Common questions
Do you prepare taxes for 1099 and independent contractors?
Yes — self-employed returns are our core work. If you're paid on a 1099, we prepare your Schedule C, handle self-employment tax, and walk you through what goes into your return before it's final.
I'm a sole proprietor. What do you need from me?
Your income records (1099s or a total), a list of your business expenses, and your ID and basic information. If your records aren't organized yet, we can help with that first — see our bookkeeping plans.
Can you help with quarterly estimated taxes?
Yes. If you're self-employed, we can calculate your quarterly estimated payments for the year so you're not surprised in April. It's a simple add-on to your return.
